The quality norms are met by using prime grade virgin material and moulding it on a top of the line moulding machines & ancillaries with high precision moulds. This ensures minimum drop of IV, maintains AA level, offers good clarity and surface gloss.
Preform eccentricity below 0.12 mm ensures uniform distribution of material and allows the blower to blow it to the fullest and achieve maximum strength to weight ratio.
In house blowing facility, facilitates the client for new development and pilot run.
Our clients uses “GR” Preforms to develop and supply jars to well-known brands like Boost, Horlicks, Lipton, etc.
